Microsoft.

Joined Microsoft little over 2 weeks ago. There is something about this place. It is not what the maniacs say about 'copy software'. Its not the free soda, free starbucks coffee or the bus rides or even the prime membership. I have been part of 4 educational institutions and just 1 professional organization prior to this. But my experience here since the first day on 01/17/2011 has been far beyond exciting.

These are a group of people who innovate(I know GOOG disagrees) and have an idea for the future. They are trying to define it. I think the best part about this company is that it knows how to take criticism- love it! This result can be seen in Windows 7 and IE9.
